Intensity techniques have been something I have used since the early stages of my bodybuilding training. When I first started doing this type of training it was simply because I enjoyed the PUMP it gave me during training. Now the research is there, showing that intensity techniques work well for building muscle!
This workout is 1 of my current back workouts I'm using to train for a classic physique show. You can use this workout to build a solid back during a bulk or to cut as well. The key component of bulking and cutting is DIET.
